Made With Mira Studio: zero to first sales

A new online shop with beautiful products and zero views. Instead of guessing, we run a weekly growth loop: one change at a time, measured every day, kept only if it works.

The problem

  • Eight finished listings in two markets (UK and US) and no one seeing them.
  • Listings that weren't written for how buyers search.
  • No social presence pointing people to the shop, and no way to tell what would work.

What we set up

  • A listing audit: titles and all 13 search tags rewritten around real buyer searches.
  • A two-a-day post plan, one for the UK and one for the US, built from the real product designs, with a tracked link on every post.
  • A tracker with a public, read-only dashboard and a written experiment log.

What we're learning

  • Search, not social, is where ready-to-buy shoppers arrive, so listing quality is the first lever.
  • The selling season is short (October to January), which makes testing quickly worth more than polishing.
  • Every week the log records what was tried, what changed, and the decision taken.

Live results

The dashboard, updated daily

This is the same tracker the business uses, published read-only. Early numbers are small on purpose: it's a cold start, measured honestly.

Growth case study

Zero to first sales

Mira's Etsy shop launched with zero views. Instead of another stats dashboard, I run a weekly growth loop: an AI agent drafts content and proposes one change at a time, I approve it, it gets scheduled, and these numbers check whether it worked. Tracking started 7 October 2026.

PlanAI→DesignAI→ApproveYOU→ScheduleAI→MeasureYOU→LearnAIYOU

AI: an agent drafts posts, picks hooks, schedules them and proposes the next experiment. YOU: a human checkpoint. Measuring is by hand for now; next it moves to a daily automated pull from Meta and Etsy.

Experiments

One change at a time. The hypothesis is written before acting. Before and After are calculated from the daily numbers as a daily average: the window before the change vs the same window after it.

At cold-start traffic, results are directional, not statistically significant. The verdict (Won, Lost or Inconclusive) is a human call, made once the window closes.

Numbers update daily from the studio's tracker.

How it works For the technically curious
  • The owner logs a few numbers each morning (views, visits, orders, posts, link clicks, listings optimised) in a Google Sheet. A Dashboard tab of formulas turns them into totals, a daily trend and an experiments table.
  • That tab is published read-only; this page fetches it in the visitor's browser, draws 14-day bars and the funnel, and calculates each experiment's before and after from the daily rows.
  • Every Monday a scheduled Claude task reads the tracker, writes the weekly read, and proposes one experiment for the owner to approve. Posts are drafted by AI and approved by a person before they're scheduled.
